Beauty Tips For EYES....

The eyes are the part of the face we notice first. This is why it's important to make sure that your eyes look their best when attending to your makeup and care routine. Following are some great beauty tips for your eyes, no matter who you are.
  • Healthy eyes are beautiful eyes. If your eyes are swollen, red, or otherwise unhealthy, no amount of makeup is going to disguise this fact. If you wear contact lenses, make sure that you attend to all the care instructions for them. Also, protect your eyes by using cosmetics with sunscreen included.

  • When putting on eye makeup, make sure it goes with the rest of your look. Too many women forget that while the eyes are important, they must be in harmony with the rest of the face. Choose eye makeup that goes with what you're wearing, and with the look you choose on the rest of your face. Don't let your features go to war with each other to be the most prominent – you'll have to choose whether you want the focus to be on your lips or eyes, for instance. Overdoing it can just look garish.

  • Lay a good base. A layer of foundation on your eyelids will help smooth out imperfections and help your eye shadow and liner look their best.

  • Choose a color theme. This doesn't meant that you have to use a monochrome scheme for your eye makeup, but it does mean that it's a good idea to keep an idea of color harmony in mind as you apply your makeup. The colors that will work best for you depend on your skin tone.

  • Pay attention to your eye shape. What works on one person won't necessarily look good on another. Figuring out what shape and set your eyes are can go a long way to helping you get the right look.

  • Select quality cosmetics. It really matters whether or not your makeup is high quality. Don't let your tools work against you just because you can get a cheaper brand. You'll never achieve the same looks you can with a better brand.

  • Use specialized cleansers to remove your makeup. Soap and water are harsh and can irritate the eyes. Specially formulated eye cleansers are gentle, but made to remove old cosmetics.

  • Use darker, more heavily made up looks at night. Daytime requires a more natural look. Apply mascara on the tips of the lashes only, and save the liquid liner for evenings. Harsh makeup in daylight can look overdone or silly.

  • Soften over-prominent eyes. Just because the eyes are the first thing we pay attention to doesn't meant that they must be the focus of every look. If you feel that your eyes are too prominent, apply medium shadow and don't use highlights. This will make them appear deeper-set.

  • Keep up to date on the latest looks. If you've been doing your eyes the same way for years, you can look dated without knowing it. Pay attention to what other people are wearing as well as the latest makeup styles, and form a look that's your own.

How To Curl Your Hair....

Why People Curl Hair?
Apart from the style quotient, curling is a great way to add body to any hair type and length, except when it’s really short. It’s one of those ‘ready wash and go’ hair styles that frees you from the hassles of blow-drying and setting. Moreover, there are so many varied curly hairstyles – tight curls, waves, maggi curls, etc. –that choosing one should not be difficult at all. You can either curl your hair by yourself at home or get the help of a professional from a good saloon.
Important Aspects One should be Aware of Prior Curling Hair Your hair will refuse to take the curls if it’s colored. You will only end up spoiling your hair if you still get your colored / streaked hair curled. This is truer in the case of permanent hair curling.
Do not go for permanent curls (or perms) if your hair is weak. This is because weak hair cannot easily withstand hard chemicals used during curling. To find out if your hair is healthy or weak, put few strands in a glass of water. If they sink, it means your hair is weak because it is soaking up moisture.
Thick hairs take curls more easily than fine hairs. The tightness of the curls will depend on the size of the curling rod. Depending upon hair length and thickness, a permanent curly hairstyle will sustain for a minimum of two months and a maximum of six months.
How to Curl Straight Hair using Curling Iron?
While you can get your hair curled by a hair stylist, you can also choose to curl them at home. Just follow the instructions given below. The duration for curling hair can vary between 30 minutes and one hour depending upon the length and thickness of hair.
Things you will need:
Volumizing spray
Straightening balm (if you have thick, course hair)
Hair dryer
A one-inch barrel curling iron
Ponytail holder and bobby pins
Shine serum
Hairspray
Saltwater spray

How to Curl Your Hair? – The Process

After washing your hair, flip them upside down and spray volumizing hair-spray on roots. Massage it in. If your hair is rough, then apply a bit of straightening balm. Gently brush your hair as it will work the hair products you just applied very evenly throughout. Blow dry them straight beginning from the roots adding volume. Alternate with cold air.

Part your hair into three sections, securing each with a ponytail holder. Next you will use a wide-barrel curling iron to curl your hair. So deal with one section at a time. Take neat bunches of hair now and sprit it with styling hair spray. To curl the hair, wrap it around the barrel of a curling rod.

Release the curl after about seven to ten minutes. Hold the hair in the curler for a longer duration if you want tighter ringlets. Alternating the direction will make the curl appear more natural. Once the pinned curls have cooled, free them from the curling iron.

Do not brush your hair. On the other hand, separate the curls with your fingers. To add shine, spray on some hair serum. Take care not to overdo the hairspray if do not want your curls to feel crunchy.

weight loss without exercise

I found this article from net surfinghope u'll enjoy reading it
  • Here, 25-year-old student Rohit Daga shares how he dropped 16 kilos in three months flat:
  • I always hated exercising, so when I gained some weight in college I considered trying an alternate way of losing weight.
  • I am 5' 8" tall and weighed 71 kgs at that point of time. Though it did not embarrass me, the "feel good" factor was just not there with that kind of weight.
  • So, I set out to drop the excess baggage. I do not like carbonated drinks, so soft drinks were the first to be removed from the consumption list. Then I stopped eating sweets, chocolates, cakes, butter, cheese and potatoes (and everything made from potatoes like chips and vadas).
  • I drastically cut down my sugar consumption; it just added too many calories. In addition to these measures, I would drink lots of water. I found that drinking about eight litres of water a day could do wonders for your body. Besides, it is a good way of detoxifying your system.
  • I love fruits; and so increased the amount of fruits and vegetables I consumed. Papaya, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and carrots became an important part of my daily diet.
  • In the evenings, I would usually get very hungry and I'd order junk food. That is something I targeted. I started to eat a cucumber and a tomato in the evenings; they have a lot of water and satisfy your hunger as well. I stopped eating while watching TV. What I realised was that when I eat while watching TV, I tend to eat more than was necessary. So I just cut it out altogether.
  • My daily diet was as follows:
  • Breakfast: Cornflakes and hot milk (300 ml) or 1 plate of idli (two pieces) or a small plate of papaya
  • Lunch: Two rotis, cooked vegetable, one onion and half a cup of curds Evening: One glass of sweet lime or orange juice (without sugar), one cucumber (medium sized) and one tomato (medium sized) Dinner: Two rotis and cooked vegetables Late night snack: One carrot (medium sized)
  • Apart from this, I made sure I was not seated for more than 30 minutes at a stretch. I would just take a walk for two minutes or drink some water, which helped me keep burning more calories. I also stopped using lifts and escalators. Instead, I started using the stairs, which also really helped.
  • Over a three-month period, I lost 16 kilos and went from weighing 71 kg to 55 kg. So, although I didn't need to lose a lot of weight, the method obviously produced results.
  • Many people will recommend various methods for how to lose weight. However, you need to adopt a weight-loss plan that suits your personality. If you hate exercising, there is no point trying to do it against your wishes, you will just not enjoy it.
  • I did not like butter or colas, so I could cut it out of my diet without any regrets. I love ice cream though, and did not give it up. I just rationed it to once a fortnight. During this 3-month period, I enjoyed what I ate and was also happy doing it. I also did not spend any additional time on exercise, but managed to lose the weight.
  • So, make sure your plan is in-sync with your personality and something that keeps you happy.

Tips For Healthy Nails

  • Tips For Healthy Nails It important to have healthy nails. The color of your nails is an indicator of your general health. Your nails are a part of your body too so you must take good care of them. Everyone likes clean, well-manicured and polished nails. Nails too need to be taken care of properly. Eating a healthy diet is important for your nails. It is important to include certain vitamins in your daily diet to ensure that your nails are healthy and look beautiful. Here are a few tips for healthy nails.

  • Healthy nails are transparent and look pink in color as a result of the blood beneath them.

  • If you wear nail polish on a regular basis then, take them off for a day or two every week, in order to let your nails breath.

  • Add shine to your nails by massaging coconut oil or warm castor oil on to them.

  • If you do not like nail polish then apply dry soap to your nail and buff or use lemon peel for a similar result.

Tips For shiny & healthy hair

  • Healthy Hair Everyone wants to have shiny, lustrous, thick hair with no breakages and split-ends. However, it mostly depends on your knowledge about the hair itself and how to care for it. If you want healthy hair that shines with all it's strength then read on! These steps are simple and natural tips for healthy hair.
  • Treat your hair gently like old lace. That means you have to comb your hair carefully and not just rake the comb through it.
  • Choose the right combs. The best ones are made of natural bristle like a boar bristle brush. They help to spread the natural oil throughout your hair and they are softer on your hair.Do not wash your hair too often. The recommended number of times you should wash your hair is 2-4 times a week unless your hair is oily and needs to be washed every day.
  • Do not use baby shampoo on your hair. Baby shampoo is meant for babies. Baby shampoo bottles may say the the shampoo is gentle, but the truth is that the shampoo has too much of an alkaline content. This means it drys your hair out because it just makes build up on your hair.Almost all shampoos claim to instantly make your split-ends disappear. Actually, the only way to get rid of split-ends is to cut them off.
  • Your hair needs to be trimmed every 2-3 months. You just need to trim off dry ends of your hair that may progress to split-ends

How to Make Your Skin Glow in Minutes

  • A 15 minute treatment that will result in soft glowing skin, easy to make at home luxurious to use and quite a lot less expensive than the beauty salon. Here’s how you do it.

*Assemble the Papaya (cut open to reveal the flesh),Water &towel.
*Rub a piece of cut papaya flesh on your face and neck.
*Let the rubbed-on papaya sit for 15 minutes.
*Rinse off with warm water.
*Rinse again with cool water. This will close the pores.
*Pat your skin dry with a towel. See "Tips" for this method.
*Touch your face and feel the difference. Your face should feel and look much more radiant.
*Touch up with some moisturizer if needed. If your face feels dry, just apply toner/moisturizer. *Use as natural a moisturizer if possible.

Tips

  • Always pat dry with a towel. Rubbing can easily break the small capillaries under the facial skin and cause redness and fine "spider lines" if you have skin prone to this. Rubbing may also cause bacteria to spread; theoretically, this might lead to spreading pimples, although acne is more likely to be caused by dietary or genetic afflictions.

Warnings:

  • Don't use this remedy if you are allergic to papaya or other tropical fruit, such as mango.
  • Avoid touching your face too often as this will transfer the oils from your hands to your face, making it oily and irritated.

Vitamin's available in Fruit

Vitamins are organic food substances found only in living things, i.e. plants and animals. They are essential for our bodies to function properly, for growth, energy and for our general well-being. With very few exceptions the human body cannot manufacture or synthesize vitamins. They must be supplied in our diet or in man-made dietary supplements. Some people believe that vitamins can replace food, but that is incorrect. In fact, vitamins cannot be assimilated without also ingesting food. That is why it is best to take them with a meal. Synthetic vitamin supplements can be of varying quality, so it is a good idea to get your supplements from a reliable source

Natural tips to remove blackheads

Honey
Warm some honey and place it on trouble areas for 10 – 15 minutes. Wash off. Honey is a well known and effective method of removing blackheads from the skin.
Baking Soda & Water
Combine 3 tablespoons of baking soda with 3 tablespoons of water. Rub this solution on your skin for a few minutes, and rinse with warm water for effective blackhead extraction.
Lemon Juice
Use lemon juice directly from the lemon on areas affected with blackheads two to three times a day. The juice will help tighten your pores and make the environment of the face less prone to blackheads. Limes will work just as well if no lemons are available.
Rose & Oatmeal Mask
This treatment is great to get rid of the blackheads you already have and prevent future break outs. Mix oatmeal powder with rose water to make a paste. Spread the paste on your face with fingertips and allow it to sit for 15 minutes before rinsing. Focus on the T-zone and other problems areas like the chin. Rinse this blackhead removing mask off with cold water. The cold water closes the newly cleaned pores, protecting against future blackheads.
Potatoes
Grated raw potatoes can be used to treat all kinds of skin problems including pimples, wrinkles, whiteheads and blackheads. Pack potatoes directly on problem areas to extract blackheads.
Radish Seeds
A paste made out of ground radish seeds and water applied to the face right on the site of a blackhead is an effective blemish remover. Leave the paste on for about 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.

Product Description:
MCSE Windows 2000 Professional Exam Cram 2 is the perfect study guide to help you pass the first exam in Microsoft's 2000 four core OS exams - Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional (exam 70-210). With this book, you can master the skills and concepts necessary to address examination objectives including: planning, installation, configuration, administration, support, security, and troubleshooting of Windows 2000 Professional. It teaches how to analyze Microsoft's trick questions and distracters by providing practice exam questions arranged in a similar format to the ones found on the actual exam. This book is not intended to teach new material. Instead it assumes that you have a solid foundation of knowledge but can use a refresher on important concepts as well as a guide to exam topics and objectives. This book focuses exactly on what you need to get past the exam - it features test-taking strategies, time-saving study tips, and a special Cram Sheet that includes tips, acronyms, and memory joggers not available anywhere else. The series is supported online at several Web sites: examcram.com, informit.com, and cramsession.com.
